FOR SALE (Selling Guildelines) section READ-ME

The For Sale section is for all members who wish to sell their own items only. If you produce/manufacture something or offer a service then please contact Sparky prior to any advertisement.
Buying/selling is a two way process with communication being key.
Use it with respect, thought and consideration.
Always use a clear picture. (Any that do not within 24H of posting will be deleted). Please do not advertise auctions or items for sale listed somewhere else in here, there is another section for that
Generalise a description of the item, detailing as much information as possible.
(if sale item has little info, buyers 'should' ask questions, not just rely on the sellers overview and what they see in the picture).
Guideline price (advertising as 'offers' is fine but don't play people off one another), alternatively ask what would be acceptable.
Payment types, (Paypal offer a few but work in different ways depending upon the transaction type and country).
Honesty, DO NOT advertise something which isn't. If you're unsure ask around.
Keep the buyer up to date during each part of the sales process, e.g payment received, approximate shipping date, when shipped and tracking references if applicable.
We're a global forum (regardless of hosting locationIf this poses a problem for you ask around for assistance since there is usually someone willing to help).
Don't mess people around or abuse other member sale threads. [I]If you do not like the look of a sale because you personally disagree with it (such as the price), don't reply in the thread or discuss it openly.[/I]

....and when the item is sold please edit your thread title or update the listing saying so.
