Time for the Japanese to show what they could do, (Koizumi) had got hold of manufacturing the framesets and a variety of models to choose from. With the assistance of Cozy for dseign and communication with their American counterpart, Tange supplying the tubing ready for Koizumi to weld the frames up, serialise them and send for Chroming/Colouring.

Chrome had been added added to the finishes available for the 1st generation Pro Kit and the design given an update with the introduction of the box section.

Notice the TK version and gussett variation of this model. Though not originally specified, the TK was also available with a Chrome finish.
